Following 6201's busy day in London & after a very short break at home in Tyseley,she is off again to York together with GWR 0-6-0PT 7752(L94)as 5Z61 to this weeks 'Railfest 2012'. Still carrying her 'Royal' headboards & on a much brighter day, they are both seen here with support coach passing Coleshill Parkway Station due to being routed via Leicester, Trent & Toton to Chesterfield rather than via Derby. I was fortunate to get this shot as I decided to set up my much 'underused' tripod on the deserted platform & having set up everything & had a little 'practice' I suddenly realised I had not charged/changed my battery from yesterday's filming of 6201.... panic!!! Camera off tripod, fresh battery installed & just re-mounting camera when these pair came into sight from Water Orton around 10mins early (I was taken by surprise as I was prepared for a wait or a no show). I could not believe my luck so any camera wobble is down to excitement or lack of practice with my tripod!! It really is nice to get a shot of such an unlikely pairing as this & just watching 7752's little con-rods racing to keep up with 6201's leisurely long gait put a smile on my face. :-)
